Catherine’s insights in to what buyers want offers help in getting your home seen by serious buyers. Earl grew up right here in San Diego and lives in Escondido. Earl is passionate about the area he calls home and is dedicated to the continuing enhancement of the North County Inland area. Earl is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert. When representing sellers, Earl has the ability to think outside the box, by going beyond just the price, to negotiate deals with potential buyers that create a win-win situation for both parties.He does this by "making 'the pie' bigger! Earl holds a Bachelors degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands and is dedicated to Life-Long learning.

While no longer performing services allocated to a licensed agent, Catherine works with Earl when assisting buyers. Formally an Agent, she has experience in helping buyers find a great home, write a strong offer and negotiate the best deal possible. In addition, Earl’s insights in to how sellers’ think gives a cross-over prospective on getting your offer noticed by sellers. 
Catherine was born and raised in San Diego and resides in Escondido and is proud of the area she calls home. As a former Accredited Buyer Representative, Catherine knowns how to walk you through the purchasing of your home - step by step - without overwhelming you. Catherine holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from San Diego State University. She believes education is the cornerstone of a strong community and is proud to support the Escondido Union School District.
